What makes Universal Senior Care different? Our professionally trained caregivers and our high standard of care throughout Southeast Michigan.

We hire only one out of fifty candidates, then take good care of our dedicated employees. We are bonded and insured, and our staff has had multiple trainings. We have been in our own business since 2018 and have a core group of staff that have been with us since we began. Universal Senior Care caregivers are dedicated to providing top notch home care assistance and are extensively trained in a wide range of specialized care needs: dementia care, nutrition, tube feedings, vital sign measurements, infection control, and the safe use of medical equipment, including Hoyer and other types of lifts, just to name a few. This intensive training is ongoing, to ensure that they are always up to date with the latest care trends for our clients.

We go above and beyond what most other agencies provide in terms of training, offering our own custom designed programs to fully equip, prepare, and engage each caregiver to provide consistent care that goes well beyond industry standards. We work personally and directly with all of our caregivers to ensure that they have the skills necessary to provide excellence in care. It is just one of many ways we foster integrity, efficiency, and dependability.
